VREID Comment On Recent Tour
Norwegian black metallers VREID recently returned from their Black Path Of America Tour with KAMPFAR and NECRONOMICON. The near three-week trek was met with an array of obstacles and weather calamities but was nevertheless a huge success for the band.
Commented bassist Hváll on the journey: "Our North America headlining tour has come to an end and what a journey this was. We were met by tornados, hurricanes and earthquakes, but managed to pull it off anyway. Unfortunately, our New York City show was canceled [due to Hurricane Irene], but New York will be our number one priority for our next North America tour. It was pure pleasure for us to see all the diehard fans coming to the shows. Your energy made these shows magical for us. Montreal, Hollywood, Edmonton, Winnipeg, San Francisco and Seattle were all shows that we will remember for a long time to come. Thanks to everyone who attended. Vreid will return."
