Singing Along or Having An Orgasm?

This video was recently brought to our attention and upon watching it we figured that the kids mom was having an orgasm while her son was playing "Sweet Child O' Mine" on his guitar. But from all accounts, we have it wrong. The 'moaning mom' is supposedly singing along? Do you hear singing or orgasmic moaning?
