ALESTORM Frontman Discusses Why Old Drummer Sucked
In a recent interview with ALESTORM frontman and keytarist Chris Bowes, we discussed reasons for not playing the bands title track live off their previous album. "He [Pete Alcorn] is good at drums and stuff and that's what is important because our last drummer [Ian Wilson] couldn't. There were songs we could never play live as our last drummer was too shit to play them. He was a shitty drummer. Like the title track for our last album 'Black Sails at Midnight,' he couldn't play that. We planned on playing that when we toured as it was our title track, but he couldn't play it. We weren't able to until our new guy Pete came in."
Alestorm released "Back Through Time" last week through Napalm Records and will be going on tour with Kamelot soon.
Alestorm entered the German album charts at number 42 with their latest album "Back Through Time"! A big "yarrr" goes out to all supporters and fellow pirates!
