MONGREL sign management deal
Aggressive female fronted punk-rock-metal band MONGREL has signed a
management deal with Damon Moreno and The Inner Light Agency
(Destrophy, Hell Within,) as the band wraps up recording it's second
full length album and begins planning for it's release in the Spring
of 2011. The new album will be the follow up to the band's 6 song EP
"The New Breed of Old School" which can be heard on the band's myspace
page (http://www.myspace.com/mongrel) and was released earlier this
fall as the band introduced its new singer Jessica Sierra and new
drummer Dave Kazukiewicz.
Mongrel is slated to support punk legends the MISFITS for the 6th
time, this time at their Hartford, CT show on December 9th at the
Webster Theater. Band founder/guitarist, Adam Savage stated, "The
Misfits are certainly a big influence on Mongrel and we always have a
great time when we get to share a stage with them! Starting out
playing in bands you always dream of getting to play a show with bands
you idolized growing up, so to get to do this more than once is still
a huge thrill as we're still diehard music fans too."
