GENERICHRIST announce new drummer and label


Tampa, Florida Thrash/Death Metal band GENERICHRIST has announced the addition of drummer Robert Egnacheski ( aka Bee Jay) to the band and the Generichrist family. Robert has been involved in Pittsburgh's ON THE OUTSIDE and his brainchild Experimental Metal band PRISONERS ON EARTH . GENERICHRIST was formed in 2002 and has had several member changed through the years.

In related news GENERICHRIST has joined forces with Extreme Metal underground label/distro HORROR PAIN GORE DEATH PRODUCTIONS out of Philadelphia and they will put out the bands future U.S. releases. HPGD has been the home of releases from killer acts like COFFINS, AUTOPSY, SPUN IN DARKNESS , ABSCESS ,LETHAL AGGRESSION , MASTER , MENTAL FUNERAL , POST MORTEM,TOXIC HOLOCAUST and THE ACCUSED to name a few . Founder and front man Tony Anderson stated" We put out our vinyl split with MENTAL FUNERAL a few years back with HPGDP and it came out great. We are very excited about working with Mike Juliano and HPGD as he is a true Metal fan and puts out killer products and is the perfect home for us "!! The band has just released a split 7" with punk band Fascist Insect out of Ohio that is on green vinyl and limited to 250 and is available through their site www.myspace.com/generichrist or www.facebook.com/generichrist.


In other GENERICHRIST's news their new "EP" is on the way titled "Strangulation Of A Twisted Mind " and will be out on our Asian label "AreaDeath productions at the years end and will feature guest appearances by Horror Icon Bill Moseley from movies like The Devils Rejects , House Of 1,000 corpses, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.
