THE ACACIA STRAIN Unveil First Snippets of New Music in New Vlog and Launch In-Studio Webcam

Massachusetts' metal mammoths, THE ACACIA STRAIN have unleashed the first snippets of music from their, as of yet, untitled new record, in the second installment of their ongoing studio video blog series. The band recently entered Planet Z Studios with producer Zeuss to record the follow up to 2008's, "Continent." The album will be released later in 2010 by Prosthetic Records. Check out the video, below.

The band has also just launched an in-studio streaming web cam, where you can watch the goings on at various points of the day throughout the rest of the recording process. Check in between 12pm and 2pm EST over at livestream.com/theacaciastrain to see what Vincent and the fellas are up to.

THE ACACIA STRAIN'sfirst DVD, "The Most Known Unknown," released February 16, debuted at #10 on Billboard's Top Music Video Sales Chart and 2008's album, "Continent," debuted at number 2 on Billboard's "Heatseekers" Chart. The band won the "Myspace Readers' Choice Award" at 2009's GOLDEN GODS awards.
