Anew Revolution announces tour

Anew Revolution ANEW REVOLUTION will be hitting the road on the "Economic Stimulus Tour" alongside Poughkeepsie, New York's SUGAR RED DRIVE. "This tour was created as a way to give back to the cities we're playing and their local economies. We're going into these cities and venues and literally adding jobs. Whether it be by hiring local crew or promotion outlets, or just bringing people into the venue to in turn the spend some money to see a good show and maybe buy some merch." says bassist Frank Salvaggio.

One of the main focuses of this tour is to create at least 2 real jobs the day of the show by hiring 2 part-time workers to help with load-in, set up, and local transportation for the bands. Salvaggio continues, "We're also showing that even a modest touring band has to do whatever it takes to survive in these tough economic times."

ANEW REVOLUTION also plan on keeping the ticket prices at a lower than average price of just $10 as well as donating 50% of the ticket proceeds to a local, not national, charitable cause.
