APOCALYPTICA Reveal Title Of New Album

Apocalyptica (2007) Finnish rockers APOCALYPTICA have announced that their upcoming album will be titled 7th Symphony. The new album will follow up their chart-topping release Worlds Collide. 7th Symphony will be Apocalyptica's seventh studio album. The band recently announced tour dates in their native Finland with more international dates to be revealed soon. The band's complete live itinerary can be found here.

On 7th Symphony, Apocalyptica fans can look forward to more of Howard Benson's (MOTÖRHEAD, PAPA ROACH, SEPULTURA) production as well as strong artistic direction from Joe Barresi (TOOL, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, COHEED & CAMBRIA). Dave Lombardo of SLAYER, along with several other surprise guest musicians also took part in the project.

Apoclayptica themselves commented, "Exciting...yes, that's how it's gonna be... brave solutions, lots of strange ideas, untypical stuff, stuff that you definitely-not-should-do, but we did it anyhow... it's cool."

An exact release date for 7th Symphony has not yet been announced. However, a summer release is expected.
