Cancer Bats comment on tour with Anti-Flag


Cancer bats One of the hottest tours out on the road right now sees the Kerrang and Juno award nominated band CANCER BATS teaming up with punk rockers Anti-Flag. The tour has been playing to packed houses and receiving awesome reviews. Next week sees the CANCER BATS making stops in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY and Sayreville, NJ. Check out the dates below:

Front man Liam Cormier had the following to say about their current U.S. tour with Anti-Flag:

"Everyone who goes to an Anti-Flag show is there to Party in the face of capitalism! And CANCER BATS are more than happy to get the party started ! This tour rules cus kids don't give a fuck and they're down to get down!"

2010 is shaping up to be a huge year for CANCER BATS for many reasons. As soon as they finish up their current tour, they are heading north for a Canadian arena tour with Billy Talent, Alexisonfire and Against Me. The tour runs from March 3rd through March 28th.

"We've been awesome friends with Billy Talent and AlexisonFire since forever, so now that were on the biggest bro down of a Canadian tour in life, shit is gonna get awesome! Throw in the fact that Against Me! Is everyones favorite band full of rad dudes and you know this tour is gonna be crazy good times,” says Cormier

Once they finish the tour with Billy Talent, CANCER BATS will be gearing up for the release of their new album Bears Mayors Scraps and Bones on April 13th. After the album's release they will be heading to the United States for another tour.
