Evile announces UK dates

British thrashers EVILE have announced a string of shows for a UK tour to take place in early 2010.

EVILE will embark on their UK tour in January, marking the first tour since the tragic passing of the band's bassist, MIKE ALEXANDER, on October 5th, 2009.

The confirmed tour dates are as follows:

14 Jan 2010 - Cardiff, UK - Barfly
15 Jan 2010 - Wrexham, UK - Central Station
16 Jan 2010 - York, UK - Fibbers
17 Jan 2010 - Glasgow, UK - Cathouse
18 Jan 2010 - Newcastle, UK - University
20 Jan 2010 - Manchester, UK - Academy 3
21 Jan 2010 - Nottingham, UK - Rock City
22 Jan 2010 - Leeds, UK - Rio's
23 Jan 2010 - Bristol, UK - Thekia
24 Jan 2010 - London, UK - The Underworld
25 Jan 2010 - Wolverhampton, UK - Civic Hall

After deciding to continue as a band following MIKE ALEXANDER's death, EVILE is now starting to audition new bassists. With so little time until the new year tours, the band is simply looking for an experienced, friendly and skilled professional bassist/musician.

Applicants must be able to commit 100% to the band, be expected to be available for extensive global touring (with a valid passport) from January 2010 onwards, be a resident of the UK (preferably close to Huddersfield, but not necessary) and have touring/performing experience.
