Jani lane sentenced to prison


Jani Lane Ex-Warrant frontman JANI LANE will spend two days in prison after pleading no contest to a charge of driving under the influence on Thursday July 30, 2009. Lane was also given the option of paying $395 in restitution or spend an additional 13 days behind bars. For some reason we get the fealing he'll be going away for 25 days.
The former Warrant frontman's sentence relates to his arrest in June when he hit a parked car while driving in Hollywood.

Lane's settlement was part of a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors. As part of the agreement, Lane must serve 36 months probation, attend a three-month alcohol education course and complete 30 days of community service where he will help with road work.
In exchange, authorities have agreed to drop a second count of hit-and-run.
