Gorgoroth's Pest replaces Gaahl's vocals on True Norwegian Black Metal
Norwegian black metallers GORGOROTH have issued the following update:
"Gorgoroth has recently spent time at Threeman Recordings in Stockholm with Nico Elgstrand (ENTOMBED), where, among other things, (frontman) Pest has successfully replaced (Gaahl's) vocals for the True Norwegian Black Metal album.
Infernus has already consulted legal representatives regarding this album, and is prepared to support Regain Records in the label's ongoing legal conflict with two of the band's ex-members, if any such support is needed.
Also, there is now an official Gorgoroth page on Facebook; this page can be found at this location.
In a recent update, Gorgoroth announced that the recording of the band's new studio album, Quantos Possunt Ad Satanitatem Trahunt, is progressing according to schedule, with a tentative October 2009 release date. The album will be released by Regain Records.
A new official Gorgoroth MySpace profile can be found at this location.
