Mayhem vocalist to emerge from womb onstage

The Blackenedfest Tour, which begins May 21st, will mark the 25th anniversary of one of the most notorious bands in metal and the godfathers of black metal, MAYHEM. This landmark tour represents the "rebirth" of the band in the US, as the band has previously been denied access to these lands. With completely approved visas in hand, Mayhem will conquer and destroy the country with a visionary live show full of props and art, including a suspended "womb" from which vocalist Attila will emerge.

The Blackenedfest Tour will also feature Swedish black metal masters MARDUK (who also host completely approved visas), CEPHALIC CARNAGE, CATTLE DECAPITATION and WITHERED.
