Bury Tomorrow signs with Basick Records

BASICK RECORDS are extremely proud to announce the signing of the UK's premier underground Metal band, BURY TOMORROW to a five year, album deal.

Since self releasing their debut EP 'The Sleep of The Innocents', and subsequent singles 'Casting Shadows' and 'Her Bones In The Sand' via United By Fate/Distort Inc. the quintet have made it their continuing mission to rise through the underground scene on the weight of blistering songs and powerful live performances, rising to the top of their respective genres in the MySpace Artist charts.

Davyd from the band had the following to say about the deal:
"We are delighted to announce that we have signed to the UK's very own Basick Records for the forthcoming release of our Debut album 'Portraits'. We felt that as a band the thing that was most important to us was, working with a label that was as excited about our music as we are, and after speaking with several other labels, Basick's enthusiasm for what we are trying to achieve shone through. Basick work with some of the most exciting Metal acts in the country providing them with a level of support that is second to none.

We feel that Basick will be a great home for us, giving us the opportunity to grow and bring the public the music we've wanted to hear for such a long time."

Basick's very own Mikee Ward had this to say about the recent signing:

"We're absolutely fucking stoked to welcome BURY TOMORROW into the Basick Family.
We always pride ourselves on signing bands with undoubted passion, talent and enthusiasm; the BT boys tick all these boxes, and then some.

We absolutely cannot wait to release their debut album 'Portraits' later this year."

BURY TOMORROW's debut album 'Portraits' will be released via BASICK RECORDS on September 1st 2009.
