Cauldron reveals album title and tracklisting
Toronto metallers CAULDRON, who recently signed a multi-album, worldwide deal with Earache Records, have finished work on their debut album, CHAINED TO THE NITE.
CAULDRON singer JASON DECAY comments: "That's fucken rite, she's all done, mixed up and almost ready to go, we're just waiting on the mastering which should take place this week sometime, so we should have a new tune or two up on the myspace by the end of next week! In the meantime, you can check out one of the tracks featured on the Heavy Metal Killers comp."
Produced by IAN BLURTON and mixed by NEIL KERNON (DOKKEN, QUEENSRYCHE, JUDAS PRIEST), CHAINED TO THE NITE was recorded in Toronto and proves that traditional, true-to-the-roots heavy metal is once again on the rise. 30 years after the NWOBHM, CAULDRON pay homage and show that a new wave is upon us. JASON DECAY finishes: "It's going to be VERY HEAVY & METAL!!!"
CHAINED TO THE NITE is due to be released by Earache Records on April 6th. The track listing is as follows:
01. Young And Hungry
02. Conjure The Mass
03. Chained Up In Chains
04. The Leaven / Fermenting Enchantress
05. Dreams Die Young
06. Bound To The Stake
07. Witch Trail
08. Midnite Hour
09. Chains Around Heaven
JASON DECAY enthuses: "There'll also be a bonus track or two on the limited first press of CDs and a different "vinyl only" bonus track for the vinyl!"
