NEURAXIS confirms details for "Darkness Prevails" music video
Montreal's NEURAXIS have confirmed details for the band's upcoming video shoot for the track "Darkness Prevails" from the recently-released record, 'The Thin Line Between.' The video will be directed by Chris Alsop of fellow Canadians Torn Within and filmed August 12, just prior to the band's departure for Summer Slaughter Canada. Photos from the shoot should be available next week, with the finished, edited video available shortly thereafter both online and at video outlets.
"'Darkness Prevails' will be a performance video, capturing the essence of intensity that Neuraxis delivers in a live event," guitarist Rob Milley says. "Now that the new album is out, we're looking forward to playing the Summer Slaughter Canada Tour, so come out early as Neuraxis plays fifth out of nine bands. See you there!"
Hitting streets July 22, 'The Thin Line Between' is NEURAXIS' fifth full-length and first for new home, Prosthetic Records. It features the studio debuts of new NEURAXIS members guitarist William Seghers and vocalist Alex Leblanc. An online e-card, featuring several songs from the album, is online and available here (http://www.prostheticrecords.com/ecards/neuraxis), while the band posted several video clips on the NEURAXIS MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/neuraxis) featuring in-studio recording and behind the scenes footage.
