Crowbar working on new album

Crowbar CROWBAR guitarist/vocalist Kirk Windstein has posted the following message:

"Hey, rockers and rockettes. It's been a while since I made a post on here, but I feel it's time to let you know what's going on. I've got about eight songs' worth of riffs written so far and will be jamming with Tommy [Buckley, drums] and Pat [Bruders, bass] soon on these ideas.

"2009 will be the 20th anniversary of CROWBAR!!! We will be putting out a new CD and tour endlessly on this thing. I literally want to play every country that's got electricity!!!

"Believe me, CROWBAR is far from over. It will never die as long as I'm walking this Earth. So be prepared for the heaviest band in the world to destroy your senses very soon.

"As always, thanks to the legions of underground fans who have loyally supported us for the last 19 years. Year 20 will be the biggest yet."
