Beastie Boys Co-Founder Adam Yauch Has Died

Adam Yauch, aka MCA, has died. Yauch was undergoing cancer treatment recently and even sat out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremonies in April. He was 48.

The Beastie Boys are more famous as a rap group, but they did have a crossover album, "Ill Communication." The band was also the first to incorporate a blast beat into music with the song 'Riot Fight.'
